Tread Local is an online community for people to champion the simple and unique experiences of their own backyards. We want advice from locals when we travel, we want it to be authentic, and we want to find it all in one place.
Hi Friends, we are Taneille and Sal. We met and worked together in the Northern Territory and have both lived and travelled far and wide independently, with friends, family and young children for both holiday and work.
When friends or family visit we take great care in recommending places they should not miss and have turned around their “why would you live here?” to “you live in such an amazing place!”. From Rapid Creek to Engadine, Kununurra to Scone and Burleigh to Broome we know the simple unforgettable experiences are not often in plain sight.
